The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness to enhance the company's talent pipeline and workforce capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with business objectives. • Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives. 

• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. • Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs. 

• Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and create development plans. • Lead learning and development initiatives, ensuring skills enhancement and career progression. 

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and career growth. 

• Manage and analyze HR data to improve workforce planning and decision-making. 

• Stay updated with industry best practices in talent management and implement innovative approaches. 

Key Requirements: 

• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. 

• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in talent management, preferably in the automotive/manufacturing sector. 

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee engagement, and leadership development. 

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. 

• Proficiency in HR analytics and technology-driven talent management solutions.
