Audit Manager

Act as dedicated point of contact for the auditors. Lead on the recommendations / observations in the group / external audit reports respectively. Coordinate with the auditors to ensure all queries are

attended and resolved effectively.

Ensure all finance records are kept accurately and securely and in line with Statutory requirements. Ensuring compliance with statutory

requirements and clean audit report.

Responsible for adhering to Group Directives and Finance procedures and company Act and reviewing Accounting Policy & Process. Maintenance of up to date audit documentation.

Responsible for reviewing and managing the draft financial statements, consolidations, offsetting of interplant adjustments, provision and accruals on time to time basis. Necessary disclosers as

required, transition of IGAAP to INDAS for the group companies.

Ensure Month End / Period End Check List.

Support Senior Management for various compliances under ICDR /

LODR.

Responsible for liaising with Regional Finance Heads. Responsible for

the IFC controls for the entity.

Hands on experience in preparation of Balance Sheet as per

Schedule III of Companies Act 2013

Good understanding of IGAAP & IND AS - CSR as per companies

Act

5 to 7 Years, relevant experience 3 Years +. Exposure for dealing

with BIG 4 Auditors will be Preffered.
