II) Requirement to appoint Lead –

 Process Engineering The Lead - Process Engineering is responsible for driving innovative and efficient manufacturing processes for existing and new models and designs across both plant and supplier operations. .

 III) Brief Role Dimensions: Process Development & Optimization: 

1. Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new product models and designs, ensuring alignment with company objectives at Plant as well as Supplier end .

2. Collaborate with design, production, and supplier teams to optimize manufacturability and ensure seamless transition from design to production. 

3. Develop and validate torque control processes including calibration to ensure product integrity and safety. 

4. Support in Facility planning & installation for critical euipemnets and sign off M-PPAP Process Implementation:

 4. Lead and refine change management process including process and product changes 

5. Establish and manage the M-PPAP process to ensure the readiness of production processes for new or modified designs.

 6. Oversee the submission and approval process for components and systems to meet quality standards. 7. Dpeloye the culture of learning from failures Perceived Quality : 

6. Defince process of accepetable standard quality to enhance perceived quality & initiate the different initiatives to achieve it .

 7. Drive initiatives to enhance product fit and finish, ensuring superior customer satisfaction.

 8. Identify and rectify process gaps affecting product aesthetics and quality. 

9. Initiate process of Product & Process audit & culture of SPC for CTQ Alternate Manufacturing Process Development:, Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and propose alternative methods to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and enhance quality , Implement innovative technologies and practices to stay ahead of industry trends. Supplier & Plant Coordination: 

10. Work closely with suppliers to develop, validate, and maintain efficient manufacturing processes. 

11. Support supplier development programs to ensure capability and quality improvements. Business Excellence Support: 

12. Support business excellence initiatives, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. 

13. Monitor and analyze process KPIs, driving corrective actions and improvements as necessary.

 5 Key Result Areas (KRAs):

  KRA 1 : FTR – ETR for all developments in process 

 KRA 2 : development of Ajax M-PPAP process  

KRA 3 : reduce warranty cost & zero defects for process related issues 

 KRA 4 : improve the supplier process defects

  KRA 5 : reduce PPM for supplier defects 

 KRA 6 : Improvement in perceived Quality
