*Key Responsibilities:*
*Strategic Leadership:* - Define and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. - Drive initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in both domestic and international automotive markets. - Provide visionary leadership in identifying emerging market opportunities and positioning the company for long-term growth. ####
*Business Development:* - Establish and nurture relationships with key OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and other stakeholders in the automotive industry. - Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in existing and new market segments. - Lead high-level negotiations for long-term contracts and strategic partnerships. ####
*Marketing and Branding:* - Oversee the development and execution of global marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility. - Strengthen the company's positioning as a trusted partner in the automotive forging and machining space. - Guide the creation of compelling marketing materials and content for various platforms, including trade shows, conferences, and digital channels.

# *Qualifications and Experience:* #
