Job Overview:
Belrise Industries is seeking a Technical Assistant with expertise in data analysis, business analytics, and technical reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple plants, assisting senior management with decision-making, and preparing technical presentations. The role requires a strong technical understanding and the ability to present insights effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Data Collection & Analysis
- Gather operational and production data from different plants.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and trend analysis to generate actionable insights.
- Use Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools to create reports and dashboards.
🔹 Business & Technical Analysis
- Support senior management in analyzing operational efficiencies, cost metrics, and production KPIs.
- Conduct root cause analysis to improve plant performance and reduce inefficiencies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve process optimization and data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Senior Management Assistance
- Assist senior leadership with strategic planning, reporting, and forecasting.
- Provide well-researched insights and solutions for operational improvements.
- Prepare high-quality technical presentations for stakeholders and leadership reviews.
🔹 Technical Documentation & Presentations
- Prepare technical reports, white papers, and executive summaries.
- Present complex technical data in a simplified manner for decision-makers.
- Work closely with different departments (production, quality, supply chain) to align data-driven strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred from a reputed institute).
- Experience: 3+ years in data analysis, business analytics, or a technical support role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, production, and plant operations.
- Familiarity with engineering processes, automation, and technical documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP, or plant data management tools.
- Data Analysis & Business Acumen:
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Data Visualization).
