Head of Corporate finance

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Head of Corporate Finance to lead our financial strategy and operations. 

Location: Pune

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in corporate finance within a manufacturing environment, possessing a deep understanding of finance, bank borrowing, fundraising, investor relations, and government grants. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. 

Banking and Financing: Manage relationships with financial institutions, oversee bank borrowings, and structure financing solutions to support growth initiatives.

 Fundraising: Lead fundraising efforts through equity, debt, and other financial instruments to optimize the company’s capital structure.

 Investor Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and potential investors, effectively communicating the company's financial performance and growth strategies.

 Government Grants: Identify and pursue government grants and incentives that support the company’s projects and initiatives. 

Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy in financial statements. 

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and financial forecasting to guide strategic planning and decision-making.
