Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Management: Source, negotiate, and procure electronic components and parts from suppliers.

Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

Cost Optimization: Conduct cost analysis, supplier comparison, and price negotiations to achieve cost-effective procurement.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the production team to avoid shortages.

Quality Assurance: Ensure components meet required quality standards and compliance with industry norms.

Order Processing: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and supplier agreements efficiently.

Market Research: Keep up with market trends, new suppliers, and alternative sourcing options.

Logistics & Delivery Tracking: Follow up on shipments, resolve delivery issues, and maintain proper documentation.

Key Requirements:

Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience: 3-6 years in purchasing electronic components in a manufacturing environment.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Knowledge of electronics components and sourcing strategies

Proficiency in ERP systems & MS Office

Good communication and problem-solving abilities
