We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing personalized customer journeys, executing campaigns, analyzing data, and driving customer engagement and retention.
Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
Design, execute, and monitor email/SMS/WhatsApp campaigns.
Segment customer data and develop targeted campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align CRM strategies.
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to optimize future activities.
Monitor and report on KPIs like customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CRM database.
Automate repetitive marketing and communication processes.
Handle customer feedback and ensure timely responses and resolutions.
Collaborate with IT and external vendors for CRM-related projects and enhancements.
