To lead maintenance procedures and ensuring its implementation.
Profile Experience: Qualification: 15 to 20 years Knowledge & Expertise in:

• Financial management • People management • Problem solving • Safety Standards BE (Electrical or Mechanical) + MBA Responsibilities • Lead Maintenance project initiative for all the plant/s • Responsible for overall administration and planning of electrical & mechanical maintenance department • Controlling & monitoring inventory. • Preparing maintenance budget & tracking expenses. • Vendor management. • Finalising of specifications for new equipment with OEM’s. • Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules, Various machines and instruments to increase machine up time/ reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets. • Executing improvements and modifications to achieve reduction in breakdowns in machines. • Execute cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O & M expenditures and work within the budget. • Machinery Maintenance and erection, commissioning and service of Nonwoven textile manufacturing machine or related machines. • Identify areas of breakdowns/ obstruction and taking steps to rectify the equipment’s through application of trouble shooting tools. • Trouble shooting of machines with Hydraulic and Pneumatic components. • Understanding Gear Pumps/ Extruder/ Water chiller/ Air Compressor/ Cooling tower • Exposure to power generation equipment and utilities and liaising with Electricity Board.
