Location: Remote (Initially Work from Home), Delhi/NCR preferred for future office setup

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and confident female for B2B Sales with 5-6 years of experience in software or IT solution sales. The ideal candidate will be based in Delhi/NCR, with the flexibility to work remotely in the short term. The role demands a high-performing sales professional who is comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to closure and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new B2B leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Meet prospect customers and do presentations.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Handle the entire sales process including lead generation, proposal, negotiation, closure, and post-sale account management.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and tailor solutions to client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Travel as required for client meetings, events, or company needs.
• Continuously learn about industry trends, products, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of proven success in B2B software/technology sales.(No restriction from IT Sales)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Pleasant personality with professional appearance and confidence.
• Willingness to travel and meet clients in person.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Based in Delhi/NCR or willing to relocate in the near future.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Knowledge of SaaS models or IT/software products.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship-building abilities.
