With multiple plants across India, the company caters to both domestic OEMs and international customers, maintaining a strong reputation for precision, quality, and delivery excellence.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our sales and marketing function, drive new business initiatives, and maintain robust customer relationships.
Define and lead the overall marketing and sales strategy for the forging and machining components business across domestic and international markets.
Work closely with the CEO and Board to set ambitious yet achievable revenue and market share goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities including diversification into new segments or geographies.
Drive end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, customer onboarding, and contract negotiations.
Guide and support the business development team to achieve sales targets and open new customer accounts.
Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, especially in the automotive OEM and Tier-1 space.
Monitor competition, market trends, and customer needs to proactively respond to opportunities and threats.
Develop branding, positioning, and communication strategies to enhance market visibility.
Oversee participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Create marketing materials, technical presentations, and sales tools in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
Act as the senior point of contact for key strategic customers.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and complaints.
Build strong PR with automotive industry stakeholders and maintain a robust professional network.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks to ensure team accountability and motivation.
Foster a culture of ownership, customer-focus, and continuous improvement.
B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development within the forging and machining automotive components industry.
Proven track record of leading large teams and handling key automotive OEM and export customers.
Deep understanding of the automotive component supply chain, technical buying process, and vendor qualification procedures.
Strong network and public relations with OEM decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Experience in handling both domestic and export markets is essential.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
