We are seeking an accomplished HR Head with a proven track record in the automotive/manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic business partner to the leadership team, responsible for driving organizational transformation, building a high-performance culture, and leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and leadership team on all HR matters.
Align HR strategies with business goals to support growth, profitability, and sustainability.
Drive HR transformation initiatives, including digitization, organizational design, and change management.
Lead the entire Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy to attract top talent across levels.
Oversee Talent Development & Learning (T&D) initiatives to upskill and engage employees.
Design and implement robust Performance Management Systems (PMS) to build a merit-driven culture.
Drive culture change initiatives and foster a value-based, inclusive work environment.
Lead workforce planning and organization structuring in line with business objectives.
Support leadership in succession planning and high-potential talent development.
Ensure seamless processes across onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit management.
Champion employee engagement, grievance handling, and conflict resolution practices.
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance, HRMS, and general administration functions.
Drive HR policy design, implementation, and continuous improvement for operational excellence.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
Build a collaborative HR function that partners with business leaders across departments.
Experience: Minimum 20 years in HR, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Strategic Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with business outcomes.
Transformation: Hands-on experience in HR transformation, culture-building, and organization restructuring.
People Leadership: Ability to influence, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams.
Executional Excellence: Strong grasp of HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and administration.
Stakeholder Management: Capability to engage and partner with CXOs and senior leadership.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a matrixed environment.
