Job Specifications
  • Responsible for Product Specification / Business Development – South Zone
  • New Business Identification & Development.
  • Meeting Consultants & helpingto get theproduct approved, Meetinginfluencers: consultants, architects, project managers
  • Should be adeptat meeting customers & travelling acrossthe zone
  • Development &appointment of fasteners, anchoring systems distribution network in designated territory
  • Existing Key accountmanagement & Developnew Key accounts: South Zone
  • Marketing Reports &documentation
  • Spearhead the sales team responsible for designated region
  • Identifying, researching, analysing & marketing new businesses & products while evaluating the business &realizing its fullpotential by usingtools such as marketing, sales, information management & customer service.
  • Introducing targeted Innovative New Productofferings to Customers by delivering seminars or by conducting demonstrations
  • Generating Leads for Salesteam by gettingour products specified in tenders, drawings.
  • Conduct various trainings &seminars for distributors, contractors, developers & Consultants
  • Maintains existing client relationships by providingcreative solutions.
  • Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clients and prospects.
  • Extensive understanding of the localmarket and deeppenetration for increasing sales irrespective of small, medium and large accounts.
  • Prepare reports/trackers for thevarious activities involved in achieving the sales plan.
  • Monitor sales cyclesand collection of payment.
  • Monitor sales follow-up regularly, talking to colleagues andcustomers and aiming towards early closure.
  • After Sales Support, Handling queries relatedto After SalesService in linewith

company policyand coordinate with the relateddepartments

Competencies & Knowledge required
  • Degree in Civil / Mechanical engineer with Min. 5-10years’ experience in Specification/ Technical Sales
  • Work experience with hardware (Roofing, cement, steel,ceramic, paint, fasteners) industry is preferable.
  • Soft Skills, - Emails- Outlook is must, Word,excel, power pointetc. Knowing Auto Cad is additional qualification.

  • Age: Preferable: 28-35years
  • Language profanely: English, Hindi (bothmust) + Locallanguage
  • Very Good Communication skills
  • Smart, active, & able to work in difficult situation.
  • Can handleInfluencers & Consultants effectively
