Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors, and ensure smooth hospital operations. The ideal candidate should be experienced in patient care, medication administration, and emergency response while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily activities.

Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per doctor’s prescriptions.

Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.

Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and reports.

Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and post-care instructions.

Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or CPR when necessary.

Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✅ Education: B.Sc Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) with a valid nursing license.
✅ Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medical equipment, and patient care techniques.
✅ Experience in ICU, OT, Emergency, or General Wards is a plus.
✅ Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented approach.
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
