We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven track record of driving brand growth, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition
Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, email, social media, content, and events
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content calendars, and promotional assets
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design) to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI, adjusting tactics as needed
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
3–7 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO/SEM, social media ad platforms)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
Experience in B2B and/or SaaS marketing
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
