Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Corporate Lawyer to provide legal counsel on business transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates within the framework of corporate laws while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on mergers, acquisitions, business restructuring, and corporate transactions.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including shareholder agreements, NDAs, and joint venture contracts.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws, government regulations, and industry-specific legal requirements.

Handle legal disputes, litigation, and negotiations to protect corporate interests.

Provide legal guidance on corporate governance, intellectual property rights, and financial transactions.

Assist in risk management and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal issues.

Liaise with regulatory bodies, external legal counsel, and business stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.

Expertise in business law, contract law, corporate finance, and securities regulations.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience handling international corporate transactions and compliance.

Knowledge of intellectual property and data protection laws.

Familiarity with emerging business regulations and corporate ethics.
