Full-Time Experience: • 6-8 years of relevant work experience
•At least 4 years in product design and development .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry Education: Bachelor in Tech/ Master in Tech, Electronics & Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and Desay R&D, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
▪ Requirement Gathering: Collaborate closely with customers to document their requirements and specifications, ensuring all necessary details are accurately captured.
▪ System Requirement Analysis: Analyze and evaluate customer requirements, converting them into detailed system requirements. Identify and highlight key technical topics and risks.
▪ Technical Collaboration: Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams (Electrical Engineering, Software, Mechanical Engineering) to align on system-level requirements.
▪ Acquisition Support: Participate actively in acquisition activities such as RFI, RFQ, and PoC, offering insights into customer expectations to propose optimized system and electrical/electronic (EE) architecture.
▪ Technical Proposal Development: Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and provide well-informed technical proposals.
▪ In-Vehicle Testing: Conduct joint in-vehicle testing sessions with customers, ensuring that system performance meets the required specifications.
▪ Design Review Participation: Participate in all design reviews with customers for EE, ME, and SW, with support from global teams, to ensure alignment on technical aspects.
▪ Documentation & Presentations: Ensure the creation and maintenance of detailed technical product documentation and conduct product presentations for customers.
▪ Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns and product issues throughout the product lifecycle, applying lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes.
▪ Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and schedule objectives. ▪ Value Engineering Support: Collaborate with Electrical Engineering, Software Architects, and Platform teams to review system architecture and innovative ideas for Value Engineering (VE).
▪ Project Life Cycle Expertise: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Project Life Cycle (PLC) and its application in system engineering projects.
