Key Responsibilities.

Working as a key member of the L&D Team to build, deploy, and
track the impact of learning solutions;

 End-to-end ownership of training programs/projects, including
coordination and communication of the same;
 Designing and implementation of learning solutions that are
aligned with the organization’s objectives, through different styles
of training techniques, including e-learning, online training
sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, etc.;
 Conducting post-workshop engagement activities/initiatives with
participants to support implementation of learning from the
workshops and track impact of the same;
 Configuring Courses: LMS Administrators set up and configure
courses within the LMS. They collaborate with subject matter
experts and instructional designers to ensure course content aligns
with organizational goals.
 Generating Reports: They create and analyze reports related to
user engagement, course completion, and other relevant metrics.
These insights help improve the learning experience.
 Developing Certifications: LMS Administrators design certification
programs within the system. These certifications validate learners’
knowledge and skills.
Designing Learning Paths and Curricula: They create structured
learning paths for different roles or departments. These paths
guide learners through a sequence of courses or modules.
