Role Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented Head of Operations to lead end-to-end plant operations, drive operational excellence, and enhance bottom-line performance. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing manufacturing operations in a multinational environment and a strong foundation in TPM, TQM, or WCM methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant & Operational Leadership

Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and supply chain.

Ensure operational KPIs (cost, quality, delivery, safety) are met consistently.

Drive productivity, efficiency, and capacity utilization across all departments.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

Lead and implement TPM, TQM, WCM or other world-class manufacturing practices.

Identify and execute strategic improvement projects focused on cost reduction, process optimization, and bottom-line impact.

Benchmark and adopt best practices from global operations to elevate local performance.

Supply Chain & Customer Focus

Ensure end-to-end Supply Chain Management including planning, sourcing, production, and logistics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Maintain strong communication and rapport with overseas customers, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.

Leadership & People Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and ownership.

Drive employee engagement, skill enhancement, and succession planning.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 20+ years in plant/operations leadership roles, preferably in a global MNC environment.

Expertise in TPM, TQM, WCM with a proven track record of leading successful transformation projects.

Strong experience in cost optimization and bottom-line improvement strategies.

Solid knowledge of end-to-end SCM, production planning, quality systems, and EHS.

Excellent leadership and cross-cultural communication skills to engage with international clients and teams.

Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex operations with strategic vision.
