Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, designing, deploying, and supporting scalable cloud-based solutions. You will collaborate with development teams, DevOps, and IT to ensure secure, cost-efficient, and high-performance cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.

Maintain and support existing cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Manage cloud infrastructure and resources, including compute, storage, and networking.

Implement security best practices and policies.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Automate tasks using infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).

Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement DevOps practices.

Optimize cloud costs and performance.

Ensure disaster recovery and backup procedures are in place.

Stay updated with the latest cloud trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2+ years of experience in cloud engineering or similar role.

Hands-on experience with [mention cloud provider: AWS / Azure / GCP].

Familiarity with tools like Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD pipeline integration.

Knowledge of networking, security, and identity management in the cloud.

Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).

Cloud certification preferred (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, etc.).
